Roman Surzhenko

Born in Taganrog, Russia, in 1972, Roman Surzhenko is a comic strip artist who has made a name for himself on the Franco-Belgian comic strip scene. After studying at Taganrog University, Roman Surzhenko was quickly spotted by Franco-Belgian publishers and invited to collaborate on several successful series, notably in the Thorgal universe. He has drawn albums such as Louve and La jeunesse de Thorgal, demonstrating his talent for paying tribute to a universe while adding his own touch.
